Ingredients

  • Mint leaves 1/4 cup

  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Amchoor powder 1 tsp

  • Cumin powder 4 tsp

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 4 tbsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Ginger a small piece

  • Plain Soda 1 bottle

  • Ice cubes

Directions

  • Roast cumin seeds/jeera in a frying pan and put it aside when it turns brown.
  • Next, put all the ingredients in the blender jar leaving ice cubes and soda.
  • Blend the ingredients till you get a smooth paste.
  • Put one tablespoon of paste in each glass and pour chilled soda in them.
