kachori

Kachori is one of the popular snacks from India which is often served as breakfast in the Northern part of the country. If Indians love something other than samosa, it’s kachori.

This spicy snack comes in a variety of fillings and is served with chutney. In an Indian household, you will get potato curry with it.

Additionally, its filling has gram flour, red chilli, moong dal, ginger and garlic.

Moreover, the outer cover is prepared with wheat flour dough. Kachori is deep fried and has a delicate texture.

Further, Raj Kachori is one one the most popular variations which have potatoes, sev and a variety of chutney.

Apart from that, mawa kachori, pyaz kachori and Rajasthani kachori are other popular variations. Some of them are savoury but mostly are spicy.
