Pink tea is known with many other names such as noon chai, gulaabi chai and shir chai. It is a traditional tea from kashmir valley and has pink color. The ingredients used to prepare this tea are gunpowder tea, milk and a pinch of baking soda. Pink tea is often garnished with nuts like almonds.
