Éclair is a delicious pastry from France. The pastry is prepared with choux dough, filling and flavoured icing. Custard or cream is used as filling. Sometimes, pistachio flavoured, chocolate flavoured or fruit flavoured fillings are used. Caramel or fondant icing is used as icing on Éclair.
