I used to love basic onion salad but as I grew up I started to crave something more spicy with my meals. Pickled onions are my favorite thing to have with my meals. They have a good crunch and perfect spiciness. They can be stored in an airtight container in a fridge for 2-3 days.

4 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
- Peel and cut onion into thin slices.
- Add apple cider vinegar, salt and sugar in a bowl.
