kulfi on white plate

Kulfi is a type of ice cream popular in India. Almost everyone in every age group enjoys this treat. It has a creamier texture than regular ice cream. Cream, milk, and sugar are used to make kulfi. Dry fruits including pistachios, cashews, almonds, and raisins, as well as cardamom and saffron, are added to flavour this dish. Because of the kesar, it has a yellow colour. It is traditionally served in ‘Matka,’ however it can also be served with a stick, similar to an ice lollipop. Milkshakes and faloodas, which are regularly served as snacks, include kulfi.
