Gimbap or kimbap is a very popular Korean dish. It is prepared with cooked rice, vegetables, fish, meat and gim. Gimbap can be described as a rolled dish where vegetables, meat or fish are rolled in a thick layer of cooked rice along with gim. Gim is a dried sheet of seaweed. Yukhoe gimbap, Nude gimbap, Samgak gimbap are some variants of this dish.
