ABC juice is a miracle beverage prepared from apple, carrot, and beetroot, and it is easy to prepare an immunity booster drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots

  • 1/2 beetroot

  • 2 apples

  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  • Wash apples, carrots, beetroot with fresh water and peel them.
  • Remove core & seeds from the apple.
  • Remove top ends from carrot and beetroot.
  • Put the ginger, carrots, beetroot, and apple through a juicer.
  • Add lemon juice before serving.
